We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat support, while delivering a high-quality experience to our clients.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Document interactions and follow established processes
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
🔹 Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer support (calls and chat required)
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound communications
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Healthcare background is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
