Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Client’s rapidly growing workforce. The focus of this role will lie with creatively leveraging the strengths of the Salesforce application to streamline the operation of all stakeholders within our Client’s organisation: Operations Management, Sales Management and Data Management. A successful candidate will possess an unparalleled commitment to understanding the business processes and application workflows as well as ensuring the quality of customer facing and internal applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and extend the functionality of their Salesforce deployment with internal developments and integration of third party APIs and Data

Develop workflows, logic, and data architecture within Salesforce to support business processes

Identify opportunities for promoting process efficiency, simplification, and improving application performance

Analyze downstream and client process impact and make recommendations

Gather business, functional, and high-level technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders

Create accurate test plans, conditions, and conduct

Provide 2nd-level support for Salesforce incidents and defects

Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

Requirements:

Experience working with Salesforce API’s and general connectivity/integration best practices, including implementation and maintenance of external sync agents developed in Java, NodeJS, JavaScript,
Python, or similar

At least 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience
Experience with Lightning custom and out of the box components

Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Web Services

Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment

Familiarity with Data Mining and Data Enhancement techniques
Salesforce Developer or Architect Certification
