1. Profit sharing(Not be revised)
20% for stock holders and share holders 35% Employees profit sharing 35% Creation for another businesses 10% Foundation organization
2. Must have full benefits
3. Above minimum wage
4. Chief Executive Officer or President must have salary base on the rate of manager only(Not be revised)
