ABOUT THE ACCOUNTANTS
SHARAH DEL TABUDLONG TUDE, CPA
She gained substantial knowledge in Legal and Business Compliance and Bookkeeping, including PCAB and PHILGEPS Requirements in her employment at Baltonado Group of Companies. Prior to this, she had performed multiple adhoc works with various clients similar to the mentioned services on top of the Consultancy she offered. This was after she decided to move back to Ormoc and end her employment as SAP-FICO Software Engineer at Accenture Cebu. She had Teaching as an Avocation for almost a decade all those years. She grew her platform at Western Leyte College of Ormoc, Inc where she taught Finance, Economics, Management, Political Science and Math subjects. She also was a visiting lecturer at University of San Carlos having handled subjects in Economics, Financial Accounting and Management Advisory Services. On the side, she is actively involved as a speaker and resource person and discussant in the field of Accounting and Finance.
She received her degree from University of San Carlos where she graduated Magna Cum Laude for her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Degree and Batch Valedictorian (Highest Magna Cum Laude) for her Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting Degree. She was hailed as the Batch Prodigy. She took and passed the CPA Licensure Board Examination last October 2013. She is set to complete her Juris Doctor Degree this June 2024.
ARLENE RIO SALVAME VILLAR, CPA
The decision to engage in Public Practice completes her involvement in all Sectoral Areas of Accounting Practice. She catapulted her career in the Academe, after which she was hired as an Accountant at Unilever Philippines. At present, she holds the designation as Municipal Accountant of Albuera, Leyte where she took significant strides towards simplification through her penchant for innovation.
One of her noteworthy achievement is her unparalleled dedication to the organizations she was able to serve. She sits as the Incumbent President of Association of Local Governement Accountants of Leyte-MALL, Inc. She also held the record of being the youngest National President of Philippine Association of Local Government Accountants (PhALGA, Inc.), Inc during her Tenure of Office last CY 2016-2017. At present, she is positioned as one of PhALGA, Inc.’s National Adviser.
She was officially registered as a Certified Public Accountant last November 24, 1999. She completed her Bachelor's Degree at Western Leyte College of Ormoc, Inc.
