Training Instructors are responsible for delivering end-to-end Training activities on behalf of our pioneer US Telco account! As well leading the initial new-hire/classroom training (inc Culture, Soft Skills and Product/Processes), you will also partner with ongoing Operations/Performance Development depts to develop both group and individual learning programs for the 'Customer Care Agents' within the service.

𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:

•Create, maintain and manage all services training material for both company/customer
•Deliver face to face and/or remote training to internal service delivery staff
•Manage and maintain all service agents’ progression with on-going service development
•Create, maintain and manage all Services timetable of training for new starter’s inductions for both Internal and External customers
•Organise 1-2-1 development review documentation for each agent, attend development reviews with Service Delivery Manager/Team Leader
•Perform initial and on-going language training for new starters
•Make effective use of procedural, informational, and technical documentation

•Must have University degree
•Exceptional English communication skills
•At least 2 year’s experience in Training (multinational corporate customer support environment)
