- preparation of letters/contracts,
- assist clients on concerns/queries,
- answer email, phone/mobile, Viber, and personal inquiries on available land/office space,
- coordinate and provide copies of requests of locators to concerned departments;
- ensure that requests of locators are completed at the soonest possible time;
- ocular inspection on suitable space,
- ensure complete requirements are submitted,
- assess submitted documents,
- preparation of memorandum and PowerPoint presentation for management approval,
- preparation of a letter indicating management-approved terms and conditions,
- endorsement for application of permits,
- assist in any other concerns/issues,
- preparation of reports, certifications,
- update the database in excel or Google sheets,
- attend meetings with locators or other government agencies,
- preparation of minutes of the meeting
I am currently undergoing General Virtual Assistant (GVA) Training to fully equip me as a freelancer. I always want to improve my abilities and gain more knowledge for self-development. As a curiosity-provoking individual, I just attended a Digital Marketing Workshop (focused on Search Engine Optimization) last October 10, 2022, hosted by the Philippine Board of Investments as part of the Philippine Investment Promotion Plan. I recently finished a four-day course in Marketing and Business Planning for Non-Marketers last September 24, 2022, organized by the Professional Schools of Ateneo De Manila University. In 2018, I attended seminars including Marketing in the Digital Age: E-Marketing Strategies; and Global Strategic Marketing at the Philippine Trade Training Center.
