โ Has experience working in a restaurant, cafรฉ, fast-food chain, hospitality, or customer-facing operations role
โ Understands basic store operations such as opening/closing procedures, inventory, customer service, workflows, and team coordination
โ Friendly, confident, and enjoys meeting people
โ Can write clearly and organize information into structured documents, manuals, and reports
โ Has good observation skills and can translate actual processes into step-by-step procedures
โ Has a professional presence and represents the company well during client interactions
โ Organized and detail-oriented
โ Willing to travel
โ Willing to report to our office under a hybrid work setup
