Our CEO Arup Maity published something this week that's relevant to every developer, engineer, and tech team in the Philippines — and honestly, everywhere.

The short version: the threat to critical infrastructure isn't old code. It's abandoned code. And in an era where AI writes faster than humans can review, we're creating the abandoned systems of tomorrow right now.

The piece is written for CEOs and CXOs, but the engineering argument underneath it is what caught our attention. Give it a read.

The build vs. buy decision framework for mid-market fintech technology stacks — what to customize and what to integrate.

The components worth building are the ones where generic solutions create compliance gaps or competitive disadvantage. The rest are better served by best-in-class integrations.

Three reasons the legacy system conversation is no longer deferrable for mid-sized healthcare organizations — and four categories of custom software that are replacing specific legacy bottlenecks without a full system cutover.

We keep seeing this inside AI-native engineering teams:
The engineers who find it hardest to work with AI agents aren't the inexperienced ones. They're the most senior — the most capable builders on the team.
Not because they can't use the tools. Because they find it hardest to trust them.

Our CEO Arup Maity wrote about this for e27. If you work in software development and you're figuring out how AI actually changes the way teams operate, this one is worth your time.

The growth ceiling for mid-sized BPO companies isn't a talent problem. It's a systems problem.

Every new client account adds coordination overhead that generic PSA tools can't absorb. Here's what custom software addresses — and what changes when it does.

A quick reference for what HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS actually require in a custom software build — and what it costs to get it wrong.

The built-in vs. bolted-on cost comparison at the bottom is the part worth sharing with whoever is making the budgeting decision.

The post-Version 1 playbook for funded founders — what to do in the first 72 hours, how to frame the investor update, and how to scope the next sprint based on what you actually learned.

Most founders underplan this phase. This is the framework to fix that.

The first conversation between a funded founder and a development partner sets the tone for everything that follows.

If it goes well — clear shared understanding, fast start, team building toward the right target.

If it goes badly — weeks in clarification cycles, revised estimates, and the frustration of realizing the team built toward a different target than the one you had in mind.

The difference is almost never about technical complexity. It's almost always about how clearly the founder communicated before build started.

Our latest post gives non-technical founders a practical five-part framework for that first brief — so you don't lose weeks to misalignment before a line of code is written.

If AI is generating most of the code, who's making sure it's actually good?

It's the right question. And the honest answer — for a genuinely AI-native team — is that quality control should be more rigorous than in a traditional team. Not less.

AI is technically correct far more often than it is semantically correct. It produces code that runs. It's less reliable at producing code that handles edge cases gracefully, is architecturally sound, or correctly interprets an ambiguous business requirement.

The governance layer over AI output is what determines quality. Not the presence of AI itself.

Our latest post explains what that governance layer looks like in practice — and the five questions to ask any AI-native development partner to verify it actually exists.
