• Policy remains active for trips that began before the outbreak of conflict. Travelers currently at their destination remain covered and valid claims will be processed according to policy terms.
• Travel undertaken after and despite official government bans or advisories cannot be covered.
• Customers who wish to postpone their trip may cancel their policy for a full refund within one month of purchase.
