1. Ages 25-50
2. College graduate
3. Fresh grads or have at least 1-2 yr/s working experience in the ff industries:
-Banking/Bancassurance/Financial institutions/
-BPO
-Hospitality/Travel & Tourism
-Information Technology
-Medical/pharmaceutical
-Education/academe
4. Willing to undergo free elearning training (with good internet connectivity), with assessment exams and passing a govt licensing exam (with the Insurance Commission)
5. Independent-minded, looking for work flexibility and freedom with opportunities for growth and development
6. Willing to be coached, undergo continuous training to earn commission; additional cash and travel incentives and promotions based on performance
7. Had experience working with a team or leading a team
8. Willing to expand and be empowered to be managers of managers in the career of being an insurance entrepreneur.
