I am honored to receive this recognition for accountability.

I also want to give the credit to my Trainers and most especially to my Team Lead for the continued support, endless mentorship and receiving this accountability award really means a lot to me. I’ve always believed that showing up fully taking responsibility for my work and my growth is one of the most important things I can do, both professionally and personally. I try to be proactive in everything I take on, not because I have to, but because I care about doing things the right way.

I won’t pretend that everything don't always come easily. There are times when I face challenges or make mistakes, and those moments can be humbling. But I’ve learned that being honest about my limits and owning my missteps is where real growth happens. When something goes wrong, I do my best to acknowledge it, learn from it, and seek feedback so I can improve moving forward.

This recognition reminds me that accountability isn’t about perfection, it’s about effort, integrity, and the willingness to keep learning. I’m grateful for the support, patience, and guidance of the people I work with, and I’m committed to continuing to grow, take ownership, and do better each day, to become the best version of myself than yesterday.
