🔎 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES
An Accounts Receivable (AR) professional is responsible for managing incoming payments and ensuring that the company collects revenue efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
🎯Invoice Creation:
Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring all transaction details are accurate.
🎯Payment Tracking:
Monitoring accounts for overdue payments and following up with customers to collect outstanding balances.
🎯Account Reconciliation:
Verifying accounts by reconciling statements and transactions to ensure all payments are accounted for.
🎯Financial Reporting:
Preparing reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
🎯Customer Relations:
Maintaining positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve any billing issues.

🔎 ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
An Accounts Payable (AP) professional is responsible for managing all payments and expenses for a company. Key responsibilities include:
🎯 Invoice Processing:
Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies before approving payments.
🎯Payment Management:
Scheduling and preparing disbursements, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
🎯Reconciliation:
Reconciling accounts payable reports and statements to ensure accuracy in financial records.
🎯Vendor Relations:
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, addressing any discrepancies or disputes regarding invoices.
🎯Reporting:
Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing account information.
Requirements:
📌 Can start IMMEDIATELY
📌 Graduate of any Accounting-related course.
📌 At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, payables, and receivables.
📌 Proficient in (any) accounting software and spreadsheets.
Employment : Full-time, for regularization.
Work set-up : Office-based -Munoz, Quezon City (In front of LRT 1)
Schedule : Saturdays/ Sundays off.
