onalism and attention to detail. BARAKO maintains strict standards in the recruitment of personnel, requiring discipline, competence, initiative and integrity among the staff. Potential recruits go through rigorous physical and
psychological testing before they are allowed to join the team. All team members receive periodic, in-depth training (including but not limited to: physical fitness, martial arts, marksmanship, intelligence gathering, safety/risk assessment, crisis management and security procedures) to ensure they meet the standards of competence expected throughout the organization.
