During our recent session, "Building a Values-Driven Culture," the leadership team at Eversure took a deep dive into what integrity truly looks like in the workplace. Participants collaborated to identify the critical, non-negotiable values that an Eversure manager must embody.

But we didn't stop at just listing abstract concepts. True alignment happens when values are translated into action. The team worked together to define clear behavioral indicators for each core value, mapping them out visually so that every leader has a concrete, actionable blueprint to follow.

We recently wrapped up our Completed Staff Work: Enhancing Public Service Efficiency Through Hybrid Intelligence training series, running from May 5 to May 20, 2026! Over the course of two weeks, 4 incredible batches joined Sir Mennen Aracid and Ms. Vanessa Salvana on Zoom to master the art of CSW.

​To ensure our participants could tackle any workplace challenge, we threw out the old playbook and introduced modern, interactive tech:

📊 Deep-Dive Data & Case Studies: Unpacking complex open issues and conducting rigorous situational analysis.
🤖 Microsoft AI Simulations: Stepping into the future by practicing CSW frameworks alongside cutting-edge AI.
🏆 Friendly Competition & Collaboration: Brainstorming personality styles on Padlet, voting on Slido, and racing to the top of the leaderboard on Kahoot.

​From mapping out stakeholders on Day 1 to mastering the RACI matrix and big data on Day 2, everyone walked away ready to deliver flawless, well-thought-out staff work.

​That’s how we kicked off the conversation during our recently concluded Fundamentals of Leadership training series with GSIS! Running from April 14 to April 29, 2026, led by Meta Coaches Vanessa and Aldem Salvana, we saw three incredible batches of participants step up to unlock their inner leadership potential.

​Leadership isn't one-size-fits-all, which is why this program was all about self-discovery and practical agility. Our participants didn't just sit through lectures; they actively engaged in:
