Definitely not the scammer's real identity dahil after the fake transaction, nag iba na ng dp. New dp ay yung first pic, prev ay yung second one. Scammer might change the name too.
This fake buyer messaged me, showing interest in buying films. Everything feels right at first. Not until nagkausap na kami ng real buyer pagkatawag nya sa lalamove rider.
To cut the chika short, nagpanggap na seller 'tong taong 'to para mascam si "Cloud" na totoong buyer, nagpanggap naman syang buyer sakin para magamit business and booking details ko. Ang details sa booking ay pick up details ko and drop off naman sa real buyer dahil real buyer ang nagbook nito.
Cinonfirm ko kaagad kay rider kung ang pick up details ay tama dahil hindi nagsend ng link yung buyer. My details are there, so tama lang ang booking. Magkachat kami sa marketplace sabi nya patawagan daw sya kay rider. So sinabihan ko si rider. Tinawagan nya yung number sa drop off, pero real buyer na talaga ang kausap and naconfirm na ni real buyer na nakuha na ni rider yung films at babayaran na raw ni buyer. Kaya nag intay kami ni kuyang rider. Hindi nagsesend ng proof of payment si buyer na kachat ko sa fbmarketplace. Nainip na si kuyang rider kaya tinawagan nya yung number sa drop off, sabi ng buyer nabayaran nya na raw. When I checked, wala pa. So sabi ko "wala pong dumating na payment". Galit na galit agad yung buyer, saying "Anong hindi pa bayad eh nadeduct na sa balance ko yung payment. Yung qr na sinend mo ang ginamit ko, paanong hindi yun dadating?". Sabi ko naman "Check mo po baka magbounce pabalik sa iyo yung balance dahil hindi dumating sakin yung bayad. If it did bounce, gamitin mo na po yung gcash number ko sa pagbayad para sigurado". Then inend yung call kaya nagsend ako ng screenrecord kay buyer na wala talagang dumating, as a solid proof dahil galit na galit talaga agad si buyer. Tinadtad ko rin sya ng messages. Di pa nagrereply kaya umalis muna si kuyang rider. Pagkabalik ni kuyang rider sa location ko, tinawagan nya si buyer at sabi ni buyer, "Hindi ka nagrereply at nagsend ako ulit ako ng payment". So I said "Di po kayo nagrereply sa messages ko kahit tinadtad ko na po kayo ng chat. P**i send po yung ss para macheck ko kung talagang nagbayad kayo." Nagmamatigas sya na nagbayad na sya. To confirm my instinct, I said "This Kirsten Betito po Chi Cams and Co's seller, ano pong pangalan ng katransact nyo?" Nagsabi sya ng pangalan that I'm not sure of pero parang "Brix". That's when I knew, it's a middleman scam. Ang kausap ni "Cloud" ay scam seller at ang kausap ko ay scam buyer. That we're not even at the same transaction since we kept saying opposite things. Though at first few calls, I thought talaga iisa lang kausap ko because whenever makakausap si buyer sa call, hindi naman nagrereply sa chat and baliktaran din.
Sa end ni buyer, it seems legit too since finoforward sa kanya yung proofs from me. Bank transfer din ang gamit nya kaya hindi rin napansin kung tugma yung receiving account sa pangalan sa drop off.
I guess, inedit yung totoong qr ko kaya ang lumabas, qr talaga ng scammer nakalagay pero nandon sa baba yung name ko.
I tried reaching out to the real buyer pa, pero I guess hindi sya open to talk it out through Facebook or Messenger, maybe too busy to report the transaction.
In the end, nakuhaan si buyer ng 3,300 pesos and magagamit na rin ng scammer ang details ko.

β’Red flag na nung di nya nilagyan ng details yung order form na sinend ko but some real buyers are in a rush and do not want to disclose their personal details. Transactions like this were okay and successful naman so akala ko ganon din 'to. Kaya I proceeded with the transaction.
β’Nagtanong ng expiry and nagsend ako with video as a proof, na hindi ko nalagyan ng watermark or "'chicams&co" sa video because I'm already preparing the films. Isiningit ko lang yung pagpapakita ng expiration. Buyers normally ask for video as a proof so I sent a video, but I edit it out pa.
β’Sa payment, namention na bank transfer ang gagamitin kaya sinendan ko ng Qr dahil mas madali magbayad with that.
β’No tracking link provided by buyer kunno. I already asked the buyer to send one, wala namang sinend but I confirmed the booking with the rider na.
β’I sent a screenrecord of my qr and transactions to prove na wala talagang dumating na payment, which I thought is necessary para alam ni buyer na hindi ako nangsscam or nagsisinungaling. But in the end, magagamit pa yun ni scammer to scam more people.
As a seller, I acknowledge this mistake and will be more strict, meticulous and cautious to future transactions.
