Yuno Business Consultancy is an outsourcing firm that provides business registration services to Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships and Corporations (mainly Small and Medium Enterprises). The firm was founded and registered in May 2016 by professional partners working in diverse industries such as Banking, Information and Technology, and Finance. We offer the following services:


1) Business Reg

istration Services

We know the hassle of running a new business. It is not only about having great products/services and capital but also requires necessary permits and licences from several government agencies. Applying for these government permits and licenses can take a considerable amount of effort and time which you should be devoting to the operation and management of your business. Hence, we are offering our expertise to efficiently complete all your registration requirements so you can focus on the other essential aspects of starting a successful business. The registration services cover the following:
• Provide registration forms and checklist of requirements to customers
• Assist customers in accomplishing these forms and completing the requirements
• Submit filled–up registration forms and other requirements to government agencies
• Follow-up status of registration
• Pick-up of permits/licenses and delivery to customer


2) Retainer Services

Retainer includes tax compliance services such as tax payments and deadlines. Tax management can be challenging and tedious to businesses and we are here to relieve you with these worries relating to tax compliance. Tax services shall cover the following:
• Tax review compliance and advisory
o Provides advisory and consultancy tax services where necessary
o Assistance in the reconciliation of assessments to documents, return schedules where necessary, during assessment process
• Computation and preparation of monthly/quarterly BIR tax returns


3) Payroll Services

Our payroll services shall cover the following:
• Computation of basic salaries
• Computation of overtime pays, night differentials, rest days and holiday pays
• Computation of employee leaves
• Computation of withholding tax, annual tax, final tax, fringe benefit tax and other taxed applicable to the employee
• Computation of SSS, PHIC and HDMF
• Computation of loans and other employee deductions
• Computation of 13th month pay and other bonuses and benefits


4) Accounting and Bookkeeping Services

We will perform complete record keeping of your business transactions and keep them up-to-date with our systematic bookkeeping process which is compliant with the latest financial accounting standards. Complete and accurate bookkeeping in the business is imperative to ensure that owners are aware and informed of the company’s financial condition. The following documents shall be made available to the customer:

• Books of Accounts
• Monthly Balance Sheet
• Monthly Income Statement

Ang palugit ay upang bigyan ng panahon ang mga taxpayers na unahin ang kanilang kaligtasan sa gitna kalamidad na dulot ni Super Typhoon Carina at ng habagat. Ilan sa mga daing ng taxpayers ay ang kawalan ng transportasyon, kuryente, at internet na siyang balakid para makapagbayad sa deadline kaya agad po nating pinatupad ang deadline.
