**WorkSync** is seeking a meticulous, highly skilled **Property Accountant** to join our team. You will be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring our real estate portfolio remains compliant, profitable, and transparent. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the Philippine real estate financial landscape, we want to meet you.

**Job Summary**

As a Property Accountant, you will oversee all financial activities for our properties. Your mission is to ensure strict compliance with Philippine financial regulations and tax laws while providing clear, actionable financial insights to our management and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Financial Recordkeeping:** Maintain precise records of rent collections, property expenses, and management fees.

* **Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* **Reconciliation:** Manage bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and property-related ledger accounts.

* **Revenue Management:** Ensure timely billing and collection of rents and association dues.

* **Tax & Compliance:** Handle all BIR filings (VAT, Withholding, Income Tax) and Local Government Unit (LGU) requirements like Real Property Tax.

* **Budgeting:** Assist in creating operational budgets and financial forecasts.

* **Audit Support:** Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for year-end requirements.

* **Asset Management:** Maintain the fixed asset register, including depreciation and valuations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**



* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* **Certification:** **CPA license** is a significant advantage.

* **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in property accounting or real estate finance.

* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in **QuickBooks, SAP, Xero,** or specialized property management software. ( NOAH AND IPAS)

* **Expertise:** Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax laws.

* **Attributes:** Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**


* Experience managing financial transactions across **multiple properties**.

* Familiarity with leasing agreements and property management workflows.

* Strong communication skills for coordinating with tenants and stakeholders.

Our very first Christmas party and definitely not the last 🎄✨

This business idea was born last year during a brainstorming session in Oslob December 2024, right in the middle of the boat. What started as a simple conversation turned into a shared vision we all believed in.

Michael L. Aguirre the anchor — steady, strong, keeping us grounded no matter how rough the waters got.
Randolf B. de Guzman the navigator — seeing direction when the path wasn’t clear and helping steer us toward the goal.
Ro Gel the engine — the driving force, always pushing us forward with energy and ex*****on.

Yanyan the compass — reminding our values, keeping our hearts and intentions aligned with our purpose.

On that boat, we didn’t just share ideas.
We shared trust, vision, and the courage to move forward together.

We met again on December 26 to formalize the business model, and by February 2025, the company was officially registered.
