Submission Guidelines
1. Open to all Philippine-based Filipinos only,18 years old and above.
2. You may submit three (3) items for auction.

3. Submit 4 digital photos (all angles) of your item in high resolution and Jpeg file without the frame and/or background. Do not use Dropbox or Google Drive.

7. Important Reminders:
- The item must be an original work, vintage, antique, and highly collectible.
- Art Bids Auction Committee has the right to choose the item for the auction. If your artwork is accepted in the auction, we will add you to the exhibition group chat.
- Art Bids will directly connect the bidder/buyer to the consignors for a smooth transaction via the auction group chat.
-Consignors are advised to have their GCash and Bank Account ready for faster transactions.
- 15 % sales commission from the final Bid Price will be collected by Art Bids for every item sold from the Consignor.
Art Bids has exclusive selling rights over the items up to the end of the auction, starting from the posting day of the auction. Within the said period, Art Bids has the right to collect the 15% sales commission regardless of how the transaction was affected.
In case of a pullout within the auction days, a 15% penalty fee based on the items Buy it Now price will be collected.
- Submissions that do not comply with the requirements will not be considered. All item details are final. No corrections will be allowed during the auction.
- By submitting your artwork/s, you are accepting Art Bids submission guidelines and conditions.
BIDDING POLICIES:
1. The minimum starting bid is specified. Following the initial bid, subsequent bids should be in P100 increments or multiples of P100.
2. Bidders may place multiple bids on the same item.
3. Bidders must post their actual bid in the comment section of the item on the page Artbids. Except for the official bid amount, no other comments are permitted. Once the item has been posted for bidding, it cannot be removed. All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn.
4. After the deadline, no bids will be accepted. We'll use the time stamp from the page as a guide.
5. The auction winner is determined by the highest bidder on an item. Only Artbids can determine and announce bid winners for individual items.
6. Payment for the winning bid must be deposited in full within 48 hours to the consignor's bank account or GCash account.
7. The Consignor will pay the 15% commission from the final bidding price to Artbids thru Gcash.
8. Artbids reserves the right to award the item to the next highest bidder if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
9. The auction's winning bidders are responsible for arranging the item's pickup and/or delivery from the consignors.
10. All transactions including special arrangements, will be between the consignor and the winning bidder. Consignors alone are responsible for the offering of listed items.
* There is no warranty on any of the items sold. ArtBids is not and will not be liable for any unfortunate events that occur after the items have been transferred to the winning Bidder. Caveat Emptor!
