Job Description:
ACCOUNTING STAFF - On Site
Position Overview:
The role involves managing key financial processes, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, and Audit Preparation. Key responsibilities include communicating with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, processing and categorizing company expenses, preparing payment batches, and ensuring payroll accuracy in compliance with labor laws. The role also involves tracking employee leave, managing budgets aligned with business goals, providing financial analysis for decision-making, and assisting with audit preparation through accurate financial reporting and documentation. Strong experience in accounts payable, budgeting, or bookkeeping is essential.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience: At least 1 year accounting staff experience or has a degree in Accountancy.
(Fresh Graduates are Welcome!!!)
• Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Strata Master, SMATA, PIQ, File Smart, Strata Vault or other Property Management Software (training will be provided if needed).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook (training will be provided if needed).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact via phone, email, and text.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a small, dedicated team
