North Signal MVT & WVT 2025

Implemented modern volleyball systems and thought correct biomechanics to some of the players.

Both teams consist mostly of young and new players. Also we were on a tough and competitive bracket, where other barangays were already champion teams.

A lot of potentials but not yet the right time for NSV MVT & WVT.

NSV WVT game highlights against Upper Bicutan, the defending champion.

I was invited by Coach Oliver to share my knowledge in his free volleyball clinic/training in FFF court.

Taught the importance of the basics and the science behind proper biomechanics for every volleyball skills.

Emphasized the importance of volleyball concepts, such as the frontality, angle platforms, split steps/tip toe, flamingo stance, converting momentum from horizontal to vertical using your "break foot" and etc.

Also gave the players some tips and tricks. Isolated some players to correct their biomechanics.

Lastly, taught them the champion mindset.
