VCDC, the developer of the MResidences brand of Premium Town has recently appointed Gomez, Partners and Associates, Inc. (GPAI) as its primary sales and marketing partner under the MResidences brand. At GPAI , we exclusively FOCUS on providing sales and marketing services to VCDC products.
We are looking for experienced property consultants (currently employed is ok) and those who are looking for something worthwhile to do and perhaps start their career in marketing and sales. We are launching our Business Partnership Platform so we may enhance the earning potential to help us establish our business partnership platform.
VCDC is headed by Victor B. Consunji, a third generation Consunji from the line of illustrious David M. Consunji of the DMCI Construction Inc, famous for building quality, sturdy and well built infrastructure projects and buidings. With this disciplined approach and adherence to quality, Victor has gone further by building to perfection.In fact, each and every house or infrastructure his company builds, he actually does the quality inspections himself so you can be assured that he builds homes which he can happily live in. GPA, Inc. is headed by Joey R. Gomez, who has focused on Business Development, Sales and Marketing in the Telco/IT and has transitioned over to building a marketing and sales services provider organization. GPA,Inc.'s first exclusive engagement, is to focus on helping VCDC market their MResidences brand of products. MResidences has started selling its development in Acacia Estates and is scheduled to roll out another in New Manila and Capitol Golf in the next few months. With Joey leading the team at GPA, Inc., it is expected that he will usher in the adoption of technology as it applies to making the business of marketing and sales a lot more efficient and productive in most categories.
