We are looking for someone who truly understands the full follow-up process from prospect to client, not just basic admin or data entry work.
⚠️ This is NOT a beginner admin role, basic CRM role, or simple email marketing position.
✅ We are open to NON-REAL ESTATE candidates ONLY if you already have hands-on experience managing real follow-up systems and sales support operations.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience building and managing automated email sequences
✔️ Understanding trigger logic and workflow automation
✔️ Setting wait times between steps
✔️ Managing lead pipelines and nurture systems
✔️ Ensuring the right contacts receive the right messages at the right stage
✔️ Sales support and CRM operations experience
🚫 NOT a fit if your experience is only:
❌ Managing spreadsheets or cleaning data
❌ Sending cold DMs or scraping leads
❌ Basic email template work
❌ General admin support for sales teams
❌ Customer service tickets and complaints
