Para sa employed na kinakaltasan sa SSS loan pero may “past due” pa rin.

Maraming nagtatanong:
“Bakit may past due ako kahit may kaltas naman sa sahod?”

Ito yung totoo 👇
• Ang kaltas sa sahod hindi agad ibig sabihin nahulog na sa SSS.
• Kapag may months na walang remit (kahit 1–3 months), magkakaroon ng past due + penalty.
• Kahit tuloy-tuloy na hulog mo ngayon, lalabas pa rin yung atraso dati.

Example:
May–July walang hulog
August nag-resume

➡️ Result: may naiwan na balance kahit tuloy-tuloy na ulit.

Important:
• Hindi porket tapos na kaltas = cleared na.
• Kailangan fully paid ang total obligation (kasama penalty).
• Kapag may past due → hindi ka makaka-loan ulit.

Ang basehan ng SSS:
👉 complete at on-time remittance
Hindi lang basta may kaltas.

Kung may nakikita kang “past due,”
huwag agad magbayad — alamin muna saan nagka-gap.

Maraming driver ang nalilito kapag inaayos ang driver’s license nila online.

Ito ang mga madalas na problema:

• hindi ma-login ang account sa LTO portal
• hindi makita ang digital copy ng driver’s license
• hindi alam kung paano mag-renew
• hindi alam ang gagawin kapag nawala ang license
• nalilito sa steps sa online system

Kadalasan, hindi naman mahirap ang proseso.
Ang problema lang ay hindi malinaw ang flow sa system ng LTO.

Kaya maraming driver ang:
– paulit-ulit nagta-try mag login
– hindi matapos ang application
– napupunta sa LTO na kulang ang requirements

Ang online system na ginagamit ng Land Transportation Office ay ang LTMS Portal.

Inaaral ko ngayon ang proseso at nagte-test ng simpleng online assistance para sa drivers na nahihirapan gamitin ang portal.

Naghahanap ako ng 3 drivers na matutulungan ko for FREE kung nakakaranas kayo ng:

• hindi makapasok sa LTO portal
• nawawalang driver’s license
• kalituhan sa renewal
• hindi makita ang digital license

Mag message lang kung anong problem ang nae-encounter ninyo.

Limited to 3 drivers muna habang tine-test ko ang process.

One common issue during BOQ online registration is OTP verification.

May mga applicants na hindi alam na during account creation, magsesend ng OTP sa registered email.

Kaya importante na online kayo habang pinoprocess ang registration.

It usually takes less than a minute, pero kapag namiss yung OTP, madedelay ang buong process.

Marami ang nag-aassume na laging available ang BOQ Yellow Card appointment slots.

Pero sa reality, may mga branches na mabilis mapuno, especially yung mga malapit sa NCR tulad ng MOA.

Best tip is to prepare your requirements early para once ready na ang registration, mas mabilis makakuha ng available slot.

Common requirements:

• Valid ID
• Vaccine record (VaxCert or Vaccine Card)
• Active email address

May mga nag-aapply ng BOQ Yellow Card na nawawala na yung vaccine card nila.

Good news: in many cases, pwede pa rin mag proceed using VaxCert as proof of vaccination.

Just make sure na malinaw yung details tulad ng:

• Full name
• Vaccine brand
• Dose dates
• QR code

This helps make the verification process smoother during appointment.

Buti na lang may VaxCert record pa siya kahit wala na yung physical vaccine card, kaya nakapag proceed pa rin ang registration.

Wala na rin yung physical vaccine card ng client, pero nakapag proceed pa rin kami using VaxCert verification.
