"No CCTV, No Business Permit Policy"
Dahil sa inilabas na ordinansa, hinihikayat ng DILG ang LGUs na ang lahat ng negosyo na mayroong establisyemento ay kinakailangan nang magpakabit ng mga 'closed-circuit television' o CCTV, dahil ito ay makatutulong sa pagsugpo ng mga kriminalidad, pagpapanatili ng kaayusan at pagtiyak sa kaligtasan ng publiko lalo na ngayo'y nagbalik na ulit sa normal.
Ito ay inirerekomenda sa mga 'hazard-prone areas' o mga matataong lugar na madalas dinadayo ng karamihan o kaya naman ay pinangyayarihan ng malalaking mga aktibidad.
Sa ilalim ng DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-060, ang mga sumusunod na operasyon ay apektado ng patakaran:
Sanglaan (pawnshops), Pera Padala Centers (money remittance services), Mga establisyemento o kumpanya na nagpapautang (money lenders), Banko (bank or financial establishments), at mga katulad pa.
Multi-chain and multi-branches commercial businesses
Pasyalan o pamilihan (shopping centers and malls), Palengke (wet markets), Supermarket
Mga pasilidad pangkalusugan (medical facilities including laboratories, clinics, and hospitals, etc.)
Entertainment centers such as movie houses, theaters, arcades, Perya (Funfair), Internet cafes/Computer shops, etc.
Gasoline stations, Car dealerships, Vehicle maintenance or service stations
Other businesses per judgment of DILG
Ayon pa sa kanila, ang mga CCTV cameras ay dapat maabot nito ang mga alintuntunin at pamantayan na itatakda ng gobyerno at ng DILG.
