One of my biggest regrets? Focusing so much on “healing my inner child.”Don’t get me wrong—it wasn’t a bad thing. But looking back, I realize I could’ve used that energy and those resources in a more grounded and forward-moving way. Healing is good, but staying stuck in the process? Someone posted in a group today about feeling frustrated and jealous of other people’s success — and I instantly felt the urge to respond.
Because honestly, I was in her shoes just a few weeks ago.

I broke down while talking to my husband because I was overwhelmed with frustration… and if I’m being real, it was jealousy.
Watching others hit milestones while I felt stuck made me doubt myself and my progress.

What helped me was finding the right people to open up to and releasing all those heavy emotions:
• My husband
• Our church group leader
• My closest friends

After sharing everything, I felt lighter. Unburdened.
That’s when I realized: if I wanted to grow my business, I had to first focus on growing me.
So every day, I started doing small things that would help me become a better person.

I also started praying like I’ve never prayed before.
Every single day, I ask for wisdom and guidance to become the best version of myself.

If you’re feeling stuck right now, remember:
You are in control of your emotions.
Don’t let your emotions control you.
Healing starts when you stop carrying it alone.
