This includes conducting training needs analysis, facilitating trainings and orientations, coordinating with stakeholders, and evaluating training effectiveness.

โข Knowledgeable in developing training modules and learning materials

This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining and creating 201 files for new hires.
