MEGAFORCE welcomes another year ahead with partner Petron's Limay, Bataan refinery as they celebrated their 17th anniversary together last August 24.

For almost 20 years, the Agency has diligently watched over the local oil giant's largest oil processing facility.

With the petroleum plant playing a crucial role in the country's supply, MEGAFORCE's guards have dedicated themselves in helping maintain the smooth flow of operations within the refinery.

During the celebration, longtime guards received loyalty awards while some received special distinctions for their outstanding performance over the last year.

In a effort to improve guards' interpersonal skills, MEGAFORCE organized a Personality Development seminar for the personnel assigned to Morong, Bataan luxury property Anvaya Cove last August 11.

Led by the Agency's supervisors, the seminar aimed to enhance the guards' communication skills, emotional intelligence, and overall confidence.

As Anvaya Cove, a popular upscale residential and resort community, receives many affluent guests and residents, MEGAFORCE's guards are urged to interact with them in the most professional and hospitable manner.

The Personality Development seminar is one of many developmental opportunities the Agency employs to its personnel in order for them to perform their best during duty.

Due to the harsh weather conditions brought by Typhoon Maymay, MEGAFORCE provided food assistance to select on-duty guards last August 9.

Prepared by the Agency's team assigned at Ateneo De Manila University, the packed meals were distributed to select detachments such as AdMU, Rockwell, and Salcedo.

As it is troublesome for the active guards to arrange for their meals during the storm, the thoughtful gesture provided by the Agency staff allows for sustenance without comprising their responsibilities.

MEGAFORCE expresses its gratitude to the numerous security personnel who have exhibited dedication, solidarity, and compassion despite difficult circumstances.

The Makati City corporate space, a prime location for notable local and international businesses, has been supervised by MEGAFORCE's esteemed security guards for a decade now.

With KPMG Center situated along Ayala Avenue, arguably the city's busiest district, MEGAFORCE's guards have diligently monitored the voluminous activity that happens each day.

As part of their professional development in MEGAFORCE, a batch of security personnel took part in a Work Attitude and Values Enhancement (W.A.V.E.)seminar last August 2.

Spearheaded by the Agency's area supervisors, the conference was attended by security personnel hailing from more than a dozen different detachments.

The W.A.V.E. seminar assisted its participants in evaluating their personal goals and values which helped them align it with MEGAFORCE's own objectives.

In addition, guards were taught that analyzing and managing their emotions towards their work helps create a more satisfactory and fulfilling experience for themselves and their coworkers.

After a successful turnout last year, MEGAFORCE teams up with real estate developer Cityland once again as they opened the 2nd Inter-MEGAFORCE Cityland Basketball Tournament last August 1.

Now on its second iteration, the competition gathered the Agency's various Cityland security personnel as they formed teams to compete in a series of basketball games.

With squads that come from condominiums such as The Pacific Regency and One Taft Residences to corporate offices such as Citynet Central, the league has assembled more than 20 teams from numerous Cityland properties supervised by MEGAFORCE.

As part of its opening ceremony, a special exhibition game by the detachment commanders kicked off the tournament.

After the exciting drawing last July 14, the winning security personnel for MEGAFORCE's 3rd Mega Raffle have come to claim their prizes at the Agency headquarters last July 21.

All raffle prizes were personally presented to the guards by the Agency's General Manager Raul Manalo, HR Manager Melvin Siat, and Teamforce General Manager Jan Cabochan.

Jomari Batain of Global Vertis North and Rico John Lozada from The Grove by Rockwell both received their PHP 3,000 cash rewards.

Meanwhile, Ateneo's Arlyn Valzado is awarded with a brand new smartphone.

Vergel Barcela, assigned to Petron Bataan, received the keys to a brand new motorcycle.

The Mega Raffle, a seasonal event organized by MEGAFORCE, continues with a brand new installment coming soon.
