MATAAS NA ANG BAHAY PERO BINABAHA PA RIN? 🌧️🏠

Akala natin kapag tinaasan ang bahay, safe na agad from flooding. Pero hindi lang elevation ang dapat isipin.

Sa pag-design at construction ng bahay, kailangan ding pag-aralan ang:

💧 Drainage – Saan pupunta ang tubig-ulan?
📐 Site slope – Saan naturally dumadaloy ang tubig?
🌊 Flood level – Gaano kataas umaabot ang baha sa lugar?
🚪 Access points – Paano mapipigilan ang tubig na pumasok sa garage, doors, at other openings?

Kaya bago magpagawa ng bahay, huwag lang isipin kung gaano kataas ang bahay. Isipin din kung paano gagalaw ang tubig sa buong property.

A beautiful house is good.
