Green Energy & Materials Processing (GEMP) Laboratory, one of the leading groups at Sungkyunkwan University and in South Korea, is well-established with cutting-edge research facilities. The lab is currently seeking two motivated candidates for fully funded PhD or integrated MS-PhD positions, which offer promising career prospects. You can work in research on heterogeneous catalysis, thermochemical and electrochemical CO2 conversion, and biomass valorization to produce sustainable aviation fuels.
· We strongly encourage candidates with a BS/MS in chemical engineering or chemistry to apply.
· We will prefer MS graduates with relevant research backgrounds.
· A strong academic record and proficiency in relevant research, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
