Digital Marketing Salaries in Pakistan in 2024

Most of you are not aware of the actual salary that you should be asking for in digital marketing field. I have created a report for that. The report is taken from digital marketing experts working in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) as on-site or remote.

The average is based on over 70 digital marketing experts I have interviewed in the last six months that includes over 30 juniors, 20 seniors, and rest in managerial positions.

Who is this for?
Content writers, content editors, SEOs, PPC experts, social media marketers, ecommerce experts, SEM experts, email marketing experts, CRM specialists.

Pakistan PKR Salaries:
Junior (Fresh to 2 years): 60K to 100K
Senior (1.5 to 3 years: 100k to 200k
Lead (3 to 5 years): 150K to 300K
Manager (5+ years): 250K to 600K
Director/VP: 600K+

US Pegged Salaries:
Junior (1 to 2 years): $500 to $1000
Senior (2 to 4 years: $1000 to $2000
Lead (4 to 5 years): $2000 to $4000
Manager (5+ years): $3500 to $5000
Director/VP: $5000+

So if any company is paying you salaries that are not at par with this in 2024, then it is better to join another company.

Pakistan has varied salary levels and most of digital marketing experts are not paid at the same level as other fields because their work is taken 'for granted'.

What if you are underpaid?
If you are, then it is time to start looking for better positions. There are numerous online jobs available that you can apply for and it will only take some effort.
