چلاس: داریل چیڑا میں پہاڑی تودہ گرنے کے افسوسناک واقعے میں قاری انعام الرحمن کے ملبے تلے دبے ہونے اور زندہ ہونے کی اطلاعات انتہائی تشویشناک ہیں۔ بتایا جا رہا ہے کہ ملبے کے اندر سے ان کی آواز بھی سنائی دی ہے، جو اس امید کو مضبوط کرتی ہے کہ انہیں بروقت کارروائی کے ذریعے زندہ نکالا جا سکتا ہے۔ مگر جائے وقوعہ تک پہنچنے کے لیے تقریباً 8 گھنٹے کا دشوار گزار پیدل سفر درکار ہے، جبکہ ملبہ اور بھاری پتھر ہٹانے کے لیے مقامی لوگوں کے پاس مناسب مشینری اور ضروری وسائل موجود نہیں۔ یہ انتہائی ہنگامی صورتحال ہے۔ حکومتِ گلگت بلتستان، ضلعی انتظامیہ اور متعلقہ اداروں سے مطالبہ ہے کہ ایک لمحے کی تاخیر کیے بغیر ہیلی کاپٹر کے ذریعے ریسکیو ٹیم، بھاری مشینری اور ضروری امدادی سامان جائے وقوعہ تک پہنچایا جائے اور قاری انعام الرحمن سمیت دیگر متاثرہ لوگوں کو نکالنے کے لیے فوری ریسکیو آپریشن شروع کیا جائے ایک انسانی جان اس وقت زندگی اور موت کے درمیان ہے۔ ریسکیو میں تاخیر کسی صورت قابلِ قبول نہیں۔ حکومت فوری حرکت میں آئے اور قاری انعام الرحمن کی جان بچانے کے لیے تمام ممکنہ وسائل بروئے کار لائے۔

**جنابِ عالی،**

انتہائی اضطراب اور کرب کے ساتھ اربابِ اختیار کی توجہ آج **داریل** کے علاقے میں پیش آنے والے ایک افسوسناک حادثے کی جانب مبذول کروانی ہے۔ مائننگ (کان کنی) کے دوران پہاڑی تودہ گرنے سے کئی افراد بھاری ملبے تلے دب گئے ہیں (جن میں قاری انعام الرحمٰن بھی شامل ہیں)۔

موقع پر موجود لوگوں کی اطلاعات کے مطابق، **ملبے کے نیچے سے تاحال آوازیں آ رہی ہیں** اور ان کے زندہ ہونے کے قوی امکانات موجود ہیں۔ تاہم، یہ حادثہ ایک انتہائی خطرناک کھائی میں پیش آیا ہے اور ملبے کی مقدار اس قدر زیادہ ہے کہ مقامی لوگوں کے لیے اسے اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت ہٹانا بالکل ناممکن ہو چکا ہے۔

ہر گزرتا لمحہ ملبے تلے دبے افراد کی زندگی کے لیے سنگین خطرہ بن رہا ہے۔ اس لیے آپ تمام اعلیٰ حکام سے ہماری عاجزانہ اور پرزور اپیل ہے کہ:

1. **خصوصی اپیل برائے فورس کمانڈر (FCNA):** چونکہ علاقہ انتہائی دشوار گزار ہے، اس لیے خدارا انسانی جانیں بچانے کے لیے فوری طور پر **ہیلی کاپٹر** کے ذریعے ریسکیو آپریشن شروع کیا جائے۔
2. **صوبائی حکومت اور انتظامیہ:** فوری طور پر تمام سرکاری مشینری کو ایکٹیو کیا جائے اور ماہر ریسکیو ٹیمیں اور ہیوی مشینری ہنگامی بنیادوں پر جائے وقوعہ پر روانہ کی جائیں۔

ہماری آپ سے دردمندانہ گزارش ہے کہ خدارا فوری ایکشن لیں تاکہ قیمتی انسانی جانوں کو ضائع ہونے سے بچایا جا سکے۔
