Rice News:
In its latest tender, Grain Board of Iraq bought 60,000 metric tons of rice from Uruguay at $627 - $628 per metric ton cost and freight Iraq. Although the offers were made for optional origins, Iraqis in their confirmation letter awarded only Uruguayan origin. US rice was also offered at $779 per metric ton."
