Climate Awareness Session – UC Mirpurkhas, City Mirpurkhas, Sindh

A well-structured Climate Awareness Session was successfully conducted in UC Mirpurkhas, City Mirpurkhas, Sindh, aiming to strengthen community understanding of climate change and its localized impacts.

The session was jointly organized by the National Institute of Corporate Education - NICE and The Core Innovators (TCI). The initiative focused on raising awareness about climate-related risks, promoting practical mitigation and adaptation measures, and encouraging community-led strategies to enhance climate resilience.

Through interactive discussions and participatory dialogue, community members shared their experiences, identified local climate vulnerabilities, and explored sustainable practices suited to their socio-economic context. This engagement facilitated meaningful knowledge exchange and collective reflection on emerging environmental challenges.

The session significantly enhanced grassroots awareness, empowered communities to adopt informed and proactive responses to climate change, and promoted inclusive, community-driven approaches to environmental sustainability and climate action.

Climate Awareness Session – Meerani Phattak, Hyderabad

A well-structured Climate Awareness Session was successfully conducted at Meerani Phattak near Hyderabad, with the objective of enhancing community understanding of climate change and its localized impacts.

The session was organized by the Institute of Corporate Education (National Institute of Corporate Education - NICE) and The Core Innovators (TCI), with facilitation support from Community Initiatives For Development In Pakistan (CIDP), in coordination with local community stakeholders.

The initiative focused on raising awareness of climate-related risks, promoting practical mitigation and adaptation measures, and encouraging community-led climate resilience strategies. Through interactive discussions and participatory dialogue, community members shared lived experiences, identified local climate vulnerabilities, and explored sustainable practices relevant to their socio-economic context.

The session contributed significantly to strengthening grassroots awareness, empowering communities to adopt informed and proactive responses to climate challenges, and fostering inclusive, community-driven approaches toward environmental sustainability and climate action.

The session was jointly organized by the National Institute of Corporate Education - NICE and The Core Innovators (TCI), in close coordination with the Voice of Human Development Organization (VHDO).

This initiative focused on raising awareness of climate-related risks, promoting practical mitigation measures, and encouraging community-led adaptation strategies. Through interactive discussions and participatory dialogue, community members shared their lived experiences, identified local climate vulnerabilities, and explored sustainable practices aligned with their socio-economic realities.

The session played a vital role in building grassroots awareness, empowering communities to adopt a proactive, informed, and resilient approach toward environmental sustainability and climate action. Strengthening Partnerships for Participatory and Sustainable Rural Development

The Core Innovators (TCI) is pleased to announce the formalization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mehran Rural Development Support Program (MRSP), reinforcing a shared commitment to inclusive, rights-based, and community-driven development.

This strategic partnership aims to promote rural development, gender equality, human rights, and community empowerment through participatory, sustainable, and locally responsive approaches. By leveraging MRSP’s grassroots outreach and TCI’s technical and institutional expertise, both organizations seek to co-design interventions that address structural challenges faced by rural and marginalized communities.

Through this collaboration, the partners aim to:
→ Strengthen rural livelihoods and community resilience
→ Advance gender equality and social inclusion at the grassroots level
