Then she moved to Asia Pacific and Japan, heading customer engagement at a global scale. After Nokia, she stepped into Telenor Pakistan as Director growing corporate enterprise revenue by 30% year-on-year and rebuilding underperforming teams into high-output operations.
But what makes Atifa truly special for PitchFest isn’t just the corporate pedigree it’s what she chose to do after it.
She came back to the ecosystem.
As a Startup Coach at NIC Faisalabad, a Board Member at TiE Islamabad, and a Venture Partner at Meet Ventures, Atifa has been in the trenches with early-stage founders helping them figure out go-to-market, sharpen their positioning, and navigate the messiness of building something from scratch. She knows what investors want to hear. She knows what customers actually respond to. And she knows the difference between a startup that’s ready and one that just thinks it is.
She’s also a Public Policy Consultant for Tencent across Pakistan and Bangladesh meaning she understands how to build narratives that move not just customers, but governments and industries.
