VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Tolaneez Consulting Private Limited is seeking a reliable, field-oriented and responsible professional to support cash grant disbursement and payment facilitation activities for an international humanitarian organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate cash grant payments to eligible beneficiaries in accordance with approved procedures.
• Verify beneficiary identity and required documentation before payment.
• Maintain accurate payment records, signatures/thumb impressions and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with field/project teams during beneficiary payment activities.
• Reconcile payment records and report discrepancies, failed payments or duplicate cases.
• Prepare daily payment/disbursement summaries and supporting documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience cashier in bank, cash assistance, cash grant distribution, payment facilitation, beneficiary verification, field finance or humanitarian/development projects.
• Experience with NGOs/INGOs or humanitarian programmes will be an advantage.
• Good command of MS Excel and record keeping.
• Strong numerical, communication and coordination skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability and attention to detail.
• Pashto and Urdu language skills will be highly desirable.
• Candidates based in Peshawar/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be preferred.

We are pleased to share that Tolaneez Consulting Pvt. Limited Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abdul Qayyum met with Mr. Fahim Ismail Awan, Team Leader (Waste Management Specialist) at Atlas Pak – Waste Management Company, Hyderabad, to discuss Tolaneez’s interventions in the field of Solid Waste Management. The discussion included training of Sindh TEVTA trainers on Solid Waste Management and a visit to the Solid Waste Management facility.

During the visit, the Tolaneez management team discussed Green Skills and Solid Waste Management services and explored opportunities in the Solid Waste Management sector.

Tolaneez Consulting Private Limited is conducting a Training of Trainers for S-TEVTA trainers on Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) and TVET System Strengthening.

The Training of Trainers focuses on three emerging green skills areas, which earlier recommended by Tolaneez research team as Green TVET Skills:

1. Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology
2. Solid Waste Management
3. Recycling of Banana Biomass

The trainers from Government Technical Colleges and Technical Training Centers across Sindh, representing Sukkur, Jamshoro, Nawabshah, Karachi, Tando Allahyar, Larkana, Thatta, Badin, Khairpur, and Sanghar.

As part of this activity, trainers will also participate in industry exposure visits related to EV Technology, Solid Waste Management, and Banana Biomass Recycling, providing practical insight into industry applications and employment opportunities.

🌱 Tolaneez Consulting Advances TVET Green Skills Development in SINDH TEVTA.

Tolaneez Consulting is proud to share that, as a result of our Green Skills Mapping Research Study in Sindh, three new green skills curricula have been developed by Sindh TEVTA and approved by NAVTTC.

These green skills curricula were developed under the Skill Up Plus Project, implemented by the Research and Development Foundation (RDF) and funded by Welthungerhilfe (WHH), focusing on strengthening the TVET system through the integration of green skills development in Sindh.

The newly developed curricula include:
1. ⚡ Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology – Level 3 & 4
2. ♻️ Solid Waste Management – Level 2, 3 & 4
3. 🍌 Banana Biomass Recycling – Level 2, 3 & 4

This achievement reflects Tolaneez Consulting’s commitment to green skills integration, sustainable employment, TVET innovation, and climate-responsive workforce development in Sindh.
