Oxygen Gas vs Liquid Oxygen, What's the Difference?

Oxygen Gas:
1. Stored in cylinders under high pressure
2. Ideal for direct use in hospitals, clinics, and welding shops
3. Easier to handle but requires more storage space for the same amount.
Costs are: Rs. 25000/- [New Cylinder(BOC certified)] + Rs.1500/- gas(1800 psi per cylinder)
Liquid Oxygen:
1. Stored at ultra-low temperatures (-183°C)
2. 1 liter of LOX = 860 liters of oxygen gas!
3. Best for bulk supply to hospitals, oxygen plants, and most of all large industries
4. Requires cryogenic tanks and specialized safety handling.
Costs are: Rs. 25000/- [New Cylinder(BOC certified)] + Rs. 2500/- gas(2000 psi per cylinder)
Note: Incase the client has empty Cylinder, we don't charge for cylinders)
