Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems Management:

Sales Pipeline Management:

1- Track and manage the full sales pipeline (leads → appointments → calls → closing)

3- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting

Team Coordination & Delegation:

1- Assign tasks to appointment setters, sales reps, and other team members
2- Follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time
3- Act as the bridge between different functions (sales, operations, etc.)

Hiring & Team Management:

1- Assist in hiring new team members (e.g., account managers, sales reps, support roles)
2- Help onboard, train, and coach new hires
3- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability

Client Communication & Account Management:

1- Serve as a main point of contact for clients
2- Manage day-to-day client communication professionally and proactively
