Goodbye The King Of Comedy “Umer Shareef Sahab”… After Lehri , Munawwar Zarif and Moin Akhtar the last one was Umer Sharif in this lineage and then this show is over .. The grand finale is done. And the chapter of Comedy is closed for good… Many will come and go but there was and will always be one and only Umer Sharif. Truly one of the biggest losses of our industry rather our entire nation. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE LAUGHTERS!!

Good old days when you cloud travel from London by Calcutta bus service which is used to cross Pakistan. The route, famous as "The Hippie Route" was from England to Belgium, and to India via West Germany, Austria, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, and West Pakistan. The tour bus used to enter Pakistan from Quetta to leave for India via Wagha border. It took about 50 days for the bus to reach Calcutta from London. The voyage was 32669 km long and cost of the trip was £85. This amount includes food, travel and accommodation.
Sadly the bus service was discontinued in 1976 due to the problems in Iran and the escalation of tensions between Pakistan and India.
