فائلرز کے لیے جائیداد کی منتقلی پر عائد ودہولڈنگ ٹیکس خریداری پر 1 فیصد اور فروخت پر 2.75 فیصد کم کرنے کا فیصلہ!

📈 1۔ بیچنے والے کے لیے (Seller Tax) 📈
🔸 100 ملین سے اوپر (10 کروڑ روپے سے زائد):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 5.5% | اب کم ہو کر: 2.75%

🔸 50 ملین تک (5 کروڑ روپے تک):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 5% | اب کم ہو کر: 2.5%

🔸 5 ملین سے نیچے (50 لاکھ روپے سے کم):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 4.5% | اب کم ہو کر: 2.25%

📉 2۔ خریدنے والے کے لیے (Purchaser Tax) 📉
🔹 100 ملین سے اوپر (10 کروڑ روپے سے زائد):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 2.5% | اب کم ہو کر: 1.25%

🔹 50 ملین تک (5 کروڑ روپے تک):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 2% | اب کم ہو کر: 1%

🔹 5 ملین سے نیچے (50 لاکھ روپے سے کم):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 1.5% | اب کم ہو کر: 0.75%

Speaking on the recommendations submitted by the business community, Sardar Tahir Mehmood expressed hope that within the available fiscal space and existing economic commitments, the government will take practical steps to facilitate businesses and the public.
Reflecting on previous budget measures, he noted that constructive engagement between policymakers and stakeholders has already led to positive improvements, and continued collaboration will be essential for strengthening business confidence, encouraging investment, and supporting sustainable economic growth.
