🇵🇰 A Historic Milestone for Hikari Overseas Employment Promoter and for Pakistan! 🇯🇵

We are incredibly proud to share that, for the first time in Pakistan’s history, candidates have been successfully sent to Japan under the “Food Manufacturing” category through the TITP program. This groundbreaking achievement was made possible by Hikari Overseas Employment Promoters, in collaboration with Liveware HCM.

Two young, skilled candidates have now joined EBS Cooperative as their Supervising Organization. This success paves the way for many more to follow.

🌍 Seminar on Overseas Employment & Soft Skills – A Step Towards Global Opportunities

On February 27,2025 in collaboration with Hikari Overseas Employment Promoter and Liveware Human Capital Management, the Govt College of Technology Rawalpindi TEVTA hosted an insightful seminar focused on "Overseas Employment in Japan & Saudi Arabia and the Importance of Learning Soft Skills and International Languages."
In the seminar, Ms. Sania Jehanzeb, CEO-Hikari/co-founder Liveware, and Mr. Khawaja Saud Masood, CEO Liveware HCM/COO Hikari, were invited as distinguished speakers.

Mr. Khawaja Saud Masood gave an engaging presentation and provided valuable insights on securing job opportunities in Japan, highlighting the critical importance of soft skills and language proficiency. He emphasized how mastering these skills can unlock career opportunities not only in Japan but globally. 🌏

The seminar also highlighted the essential role of soft skills in boosting employability, especially in competitive job markets like Japan and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Masood shared how these skills can significantly enhance one's prospects in securing international employment. 💼
The event concluded with a Certificate Distribution Ceremony, honoring the students who successfully completed the JLPT Courses, organized by Liveware HCM at Govt College of Technology, Rawalpindi. 🏅🎓

🤝 Strengthening Ties with Japan!

🇵🇰🇯🇵 On October 24, 2024, a delegation from Japan visited Pakistan to explore opportunities and gain insights into the readiness of Pakistan's workforce for global placement. They toured key institutions like the Government College of Technology TEVTA and met with the Pakistan Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), learning about programs focused on upskilling and enhancing job readiness. 🌟
The delegation commended the language and soft skills training programs, initiated by HOEP and managed by Liveware in partnership with key institutes, for their role in improving employability and creating international job opportunities. 🎯
We look forward to fostering a partnership that strengthens workforce development and job prospects for both nations.
