4th workshop in Team Development Program with M TECHUB PVT. LTD We explored the complex construct of Trustworthiness; what it is, why is it important in inter-personal relationship and how can it be cultivated in teams. One important learning from the discussions is that Trust/Trustworthiness does not stand alone; prerequisites like credibility, empathy, integrity and authenticity are needed to develop Trust in relationships. We found practices that suited this particular team’s context and will help them cultivate Trust!

2nd workshop in the series of team development interventions with team . The topic of this workshop was "Assertive communication". It is energizing to see these youngsters participating enthusiastically in the discussions, asking questions and sharing experiences during the session. The most important learning in today's session; Expressing ourselves and listening actively to others are both equally important parts that constitute assertive communication.

1st workshop in a series of interventions with team Mtechub where we explored the vision of the organization. In the workshop, we worked to create an understanding and internalization of the the organizational vision. We also found the correlation between individual goals, values & strengths and vision of the organization. Very productive session, looking forward to the next one!

Humbled to have an opportunity to be a part of this 🙌🏼🙌🏼. Emotional intelligence training for teachers and educators must be a permanent part of activities in schools. The first workshop in a series of workshops for educators at Froebel's International School (the official page). It was the first time I tried a hybrid workshop and it was challenging but luckily with help, we managed perfectly. It was another thorough learning experience for me to see Emotional Intelligence from the perspective of educators and to work with a group of dynamic, engaged audience. Looking forward to the next one!

Yesterday, I had an opportunity to share some of my knowledge with members of Institute of Emerging Careers regarding effective decision-making in an online session. It was an interactive session with valuable questions and insights. We concluded with the point that it is always most important to see, what knowledge about any particular topic can be translated into action and practice. Otherwise, mere talking will never bring the required change in behaviors that is needed to maximize effectiveness and productivity in life. Looking forward to more productive sessions in future!
