Social Media & TikTok Marketing Expert

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Social Media & TikTok Expert to manage, grow, and optimize the social media presence of our eCommerce service provider company and its client brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated social media strategies with a strong focus on TikTok growth and performance.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and posts.
- Identify TikTok trends, viral formats, hashtags, and sounds to maximize organic reach.
- Manage TikTok Ads campaigns, including Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, and creative testing.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and brand managers to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage posting calendars and ensure consistent content delivery for multiple client brands.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to build strong online communities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients and internal teams.
- Implement and optimize strategies based on analytics, insights, and platform algorithm changes.
- Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities.
- Support influencer marketing and UGC collaborations when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing with strong hands-on TikTok expertise.
- Proven experience managing TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior.
- Experience with content planning, storytelling, and viral short-form video formats.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eCommerce brands and digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking tools (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing and UGC sourcing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms.
- TikTok content performance and virality metrics.
- ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate from TikTok and social ads.
- Content consistency and quality.
- Client satisfaction and campaign success.
