Before strategy comes connection. Before planning comes understanding.

At the beginning of the Family Business Consultancy Session with Ahbab Sweets And Food Bakers , As-Sadiq started with a simple yet meaningful outdoor engagement activity.

Stepping into an open environment allowed everyone to pause from their busy routines, clear their minds, and connect with each other on a human level before entering deep business discussions.

Many thoughts, responsibilities, and questions were already running through their minds — “What will happen today?”, “What are we going to learn?”, “What changes are coming?”

To create a more comfortable and friendly environment, we conducted a light wellness and engagement activity focused on relaxation, interaction, and mental freshness. The purpose was to help participants feel open, engaged, and mentally present for the session ahead.

Strong family businesses are not built only through systems and strategies — they are built through trust, bonding, communication, and understanding between generations.

This activity helped create that foundation before beginning discussions on leadership, restructuring, and family business alignment.
