In karachi those owner's who have piece of land of 60 to 400 sqyd in the 80 approved Cooperative Housing Society of Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and they won't to build their dreams houses. In order to start the construction first you need to get the construction permit from SBCA through approved licensed Structural Engineer/Architect who will prepared your file and the construction drawing as per by laws and land document's provided by the Client/Attorney we will attested the documents & drawings which will be uplaoded soft copy through our SBCA wep portal SBCA relevant staff will pre-screen the document if everything is prefect then the soft copy of challan/scrutiny fees is generated which will be paid by the owner when client provide us the paid hard copy of challan/scrutiny fees then we will submit hard copy of your file with paid challan/scrutiny fees receipt to get the acknowledgment receipt/token as submission for final approval which an order SBCA takes 15-20 days to issue the construction certificate with approved drawings.
