دودھ پیتے بچے کے ساتھ، طلاق شدہ ماں کا عبوری خرچہ ڈگری ہوا۔ ہائی کورٹ نے فیملی کورٹ کے فیصلہ میں مداخلت سے انکار کر دیا
(2019 CLC 511 Lah).
اگر بیوی یہ ثابت نہ کر سکے، کہ اسکو خاوند نے گھر سے زبردستی نکالا تھا تو وہ خرچہ کی حقدار نہ ہو گی۔
(2016 CLC 932).
عدالت نان و نفقہ متعین کرتے وقت فریقین کے سٹیٹس اور ذرائع آمدنی کو مد نظر رکھنا چاہیے ۔

والد کے فوت ہونے کے بعد، دادا خرچہ نان و نفقہ ادا کرنے کا پابند ہے ۔
