We are looking for an experienced Research & Survey Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and conduct baseline, midline, endline, impact evaluation, monitoring, and field assessment studies.
* Develop research methodologies, sampling plans, questionnaires, and survey tools using KoboToolbox and other digital data collection platforms.
* Analyze data using research and statistical software (SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI, or similar).
* Prepare high quality inception, baseline, endline, assessment, monitoring, impact evaluation, and final technical reports.
* Review datasets, perform quality assurance, and prepare analytical findings.
* Draft professional responses to client and donor comments and maintain effective communication with donors and stakeholders.
* Supervise field teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent English writing, editing, technical reporting, and communication skills.
* Strong experience with KoboToolbox and other research/statistical software.
* Experience with donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
* Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad with flexible working days/ hours

IPECS Consulting Pvt LTD, in collaboration with the Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP) and the World Bank, organized a training for the staff of the Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (SERS-1122) on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and the related Code of Conduct. The event was graced by the Commissioner Hyderabad, Mr. Fiaz Hussain Abbasi, as the Chief Guest. District Commissioner Hyderabad Mr Zain Ul Abideen,DSP Paras Bakhrani, Assistant Commissioners,Senior officials from the Departments of Social Welfare, Minority Affairs, Child Protection, and other relevant government departments also attended the event.
The primary objective of the training was to strengthen the capacities of Rescue 1122 frontline personnel by providing comprehensive training on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and sexual harassment (SH), survivor-centred approaches, appropriate referral mechanisms, and the Code of Conduct, enabling them to provide timely, safe, and dignified support to survivors.
Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Hyderabad, Mr. Fiaz Hussain Abbasi, appreciated the efforts of IPECS Consulting and stated:
"This training for Rescue 1122 Staf will not only enhance their professional competencies but will also equip them to better understand and respond to cases of gender-based violence, ensuring timely and effective assistance to survivors."
At the conclusion of the seminar, the participants reaffirmed their commitment to applying the knowledge and skills gained through the training in their professional responsibilities, thereby providing more effective, sensitive, and dignified services to the public, particularly women, children, and other vulnerable groups
