Shipment Management: Oversee daily ocean import/export operations and track container movements.
Carrier Coordination: Book cargo space and negotiate timelines with shipping lines and co-loaders.
Documentation: Prepare and verify Bills of Lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
Problem Solving: Resolve port delays, customs holds, and scheduling conflicts proactively.
Client Relations: Provide real-time milestone updates and exceptional service to global stakeholders.
๐ผ What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in sea freight forwarding or maritime logistics.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms, port operations, and customs regulations.
Tools: Proficiency with freight management software (e.g., CargoWise) and MS Excel.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
