This society is surrounded by security parameters on all sides with 24 Hours armed security guards with proper check-in / check-out management at the entrance / exit of the society. This society has a huge Mosque (Masjid e Saleem Zaki Marhoom) at its east end. The society is expecting to have its own Community centre, Hospitals, School, Gymnasium, Playground, Shopping centre and Cold storage Morgue house buildings of which are at finalization stage and expected to be operational by next year as committed by the SLH management. This society has underground electrical, fiber-optic (high broadband internet connectivity), tv cable & infrastructure related installation that gives SLH a very beautiful look and feel. This project is energised by KE (with zero load-shedding) but other Govt. Departments (KWSB and SSGC) have yet to provide consumer connections. Though builder has announced extension of this project by introducing 120 square yards open plots by annexation of adjoining lands into this society. This project will also be having a Commercial plotting of 400 square yards with apartments with shops & parking on ground / mezzanine floors as announced by the builder. Residents / Community here (so far) is / are very educated, loving and generous. We have very good and friendly relations with each other. Our families are safe and secure under the security arrangements provided by the builder. Younger kids and family members of every age group feel pleasure in morning / evening & after dinner walks all across the society with absolutely no fear of snatching and / or other unethical issues. The SLH has a very good sewerage & rain-water disposal mechanism as the residents witnessed zero stagnant water situation during heavy rainfall season in 2020.
