Analogue Technologies is seeking a senior level Security Engineer with expert experience in VMware vSphere and Horizon View, as well as experience in either Azure or AWS Cloud environments to support our Federal Government customer. The candidate will work within the server engineering team supporting the Infrastructure and Operations Hosting Environment within the Department of Transportation.

Job Description:

VMware ESXi Virtualization
VMware Horizon View VDI
Liquidware Labs ProfileUnity and Stratusphere UX experience
Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2019)
VMware Thinapp and Microsoft App-V application virtualization experience
Amazon Workspaces VDI desktops
Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
Cisco UCS Blade Servers experience
NetApp SAN systems experience
Active Directory and Group Policy Management
Experience in administering Windows & Netapp CIFS file shares and NTFS security
Smart cards / PIV cards / CAC card integration experience
Experience with SQL Server HA Clusters
General Scripting Knowledge (VBScript, PowerShell)
General Administration of Unix/Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Apache, Tomcat)

Role and Responsibilities:

Performs day-to-day activities required to administer VDI in support of end-users. Creates and deploys application packages to VDI users. Performs VDI image created and distribution. Performs all system updates and patches. Troubleshoots complex issues and provides incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise. Designs and manages the Symantec anti-virus environment for required workstations and servers. Centrally manages Symantec related settings using various servers. Manages workstation anti-virus software, DAT, and engineer updates. Performs virus scans and updates as scheduled. Troubleshoots complex issues and provides incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise. Assists with malware response efforts.

3+ years of Secure Email Gateway solutions experience

5 years of Office 365 tenant administration/global administration experience
2+ years of SMTP Relay experience
1 year of Microsoft Teams administration

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure 24x7 operations of mission-critical systems
Provide administration and technical support for Office 365 and Exchange
Manage Office 365 tenants and Azure AD Connect/ADFS
Provide expertise with Office 365 migrations and hybrid solutions and configured hybrid environment with Exchange and O365 for cloud hosted mailboxes
Manage, support and provide technical expertise for all Office 365 applications including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Office Web Apps, Stream, Power BI, Power Apps, MS Forms, Project Online, Security and Compliance, etc.
Utilize expertise in Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and PowerShell scripting
Manage and support SMTP Relay
Manage and support Secure Email Gateway (SEG) solutions
Manage O365 subscriptions, licenses and user management
Manage Microsoft Active Directory
Provide remote technical assistance to customers via telephone, written correspondence, and remote desktop support
