Job Responsibility:
-Directing and overseeing the hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Perform searches for qualified candidates using social media networks.
- Preparation of official documents (appointment letters, offer letters)
- Maintenance of employment records
-Continually educate employees on company policies
-Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
-Coordinate and direct work activities to supervisors and TLs
-Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
-Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
-Should posses expert management skills and ability to make important decisions
Job requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree HRM or any other relevant field
- At least 6 months of management experience as HR Recruiter
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and close recruitment needs.
- Must have experience of recruitment of BPO industry.
Other Details:
- Office Timings: 7pm-12am
- Working Days: Monday-Friday
- Location: 5-A, SMCHS, behind Kababist, Karachi.
